[darcs-users] darcs 2 on Ubuntu

Hi

Is anyone here using darcs 2 on either Ubuntu 7.10 or 8.04?  (I'm new  
to Ubuntu so still figuring stuff out.)

I tried to compile darcs 2.0.2 yesterday on 7.10/amd64, and it worked,  
but got a load of test failures running "make test".  (I would attach  
them, but VMware was playing up and I'm rebuilding a new VM now.)  The  
latest version of darcs I can see ported to Ubuntu is 1.0.9rc1, but  
packages.ubuntu.com is down so I can't verify that for 8.04.

It seems to be compiling on 6.06 ok[1], so I'm not sure why there  
should be problems.
