[darcs-users] resolve Issue832: quote all instances of "$DARCS", "$ACTUAL_DARCS", "$PWD", and "$HOME" in the sh tests and test harness, as well as all other shell variables that get expanded in test scripts (a cursory glance suggested that none of them were actually intended to be split on whitespace and so are probably best quoted).
