Hi Salvatore, thanks for catching this for me!

I had been trying to keep all three build systems up to date, but "make
disttest" doesn't do cabal, and I didn't realize that there were more
files in release/ that needed their .lhs/.hs references tweaked.

I'll try to remember to keep these up to date in future.

What command should I run when I want to confirm that I have not broken
cabal builds?
