[darcs-users] Windows darcs get needs curl or wget

A surprise, after upgrading to 2.0.0 from 1.0.7, is that "darcs get"
from and http repo no longer works (pulling seems to be fine, so I
assume that uses a different protocol). It complains about a lack of
wget or curl. I've never needed these (as separate programs) with
1.0.7, so I'm a bit puzzled... Is there an easy fix i.e. something to
copy somewhere?
