I think I used http://zooko.com/darcs/darcsdir-w32-2.0.0.zip. On this page:
  http://wiki.darcs.net/DarcsWiki/CategoryBinaries

there are 5 links to various prebuilt windows binaries, but there's no
indication as to whether or not they have curl built in, except for
this one:
  http://www.haskell.org/~simonmar/darcs-2.0.2+75.zip

So I'll try that. I don't think this was around when I downloaded 2.0.0...
