[darcs-users] "Official" binaries

I've produced a "working" Windows binary of 2.1.2 release, with curl,
SSL and pipelining support.
I'd call it a "official windows preview" binary: it still needs
testing, but it's a good start.

Unfortunately zooko auto-built binary doesn't have curl support (slow
http, no proxy support), and Simon Marlow's one uses a curl version
with some bugs in pipelining (it often hangs during large downloads).

Where should I put it? I think that our wiki doesn't support binary attachments.

P.S. Forgive me if I'm not very present in mailing list: my home
computer is still waiting for repairing :(.
