It looks like you might have upgraded GHC from 6.8.2 to 6.8.3 quite recently.
I think we can make this error go away with

  cd /Users/colding/work/src/buildbot/darcs2/jules\ apollo/darcs-2.0.2
  make maintainer-clean

This is a bit my fault, fwiw.  I did some silly tricks to avoid
rebuilding old versions of darcs.  If I had kept things simple and
stateless you wouldn't have had this trouble.  I just wanted to avoid
making the slave do silly work.
