ISTR there's already a problem in 2.0.2 with putting "ALL --darcs-2" in
~/.darcs/defaults and then doing either "darcs get --hashed" or "darcs
get --old-fashioned-inventory".  Unfortunately I've forgotten the
details and didn't report it at the time.
