[darcs-users] bugtracker tweaks

I made some tracker tweaks this morning, noting here for clarity:

   * hint that Your Queries edit is worth clicking on

   * hide Show Unassigned, anon users do not care and auth users have 
saved queries

   * hide Show by Topic, it is not useful

   * move Your Queries below Issues for more consistent sidebar

   * fix my search bug which made actor and assigned-to fields search 
creator

   * allow searching and displaying nosy [issue45]
