How about if I make it show the (shared) queries that anyone has 
defined,  so developers won't have to individually enable these in their 
sidebar. That way we can collaboratively define the useful queries.

Would you like all queries visible to logged-in users, or to all users ? 
I have been assuming that darcs developers and bug triagers are always 
logged in, and that anonymous users are just searching for or reporting 
a bug and want less complexity.
