If we want to make a feature request for reST syntax that pandoc should 
support that should be important to darcs, Option Lists should be a high 
priority.

Option lists look mostly like darcs' current help output for --options 
and allow for nicer formatting of them in richer environments like HTML. 
Darcs has a lot of options and option lists are obviously handy for that.

Tables and Footnotes are certainly nice-to-haves, but probably not as 
immediately useful to darcs as Option Lists.
