[darcs-users] darcs patch: Tweak cabal build instructions.

This amends Petr's recent patch, which was pretty good.  Primarily I have

  - explained that autotools is preferred (for now);
  - moved some dependency notes up a bit;
  - tried to clarify that cabal-the-binary ∉ cabal-the-package, as
    that confused me a lot when I started using cabal;
  - used consistent style for the code blocks;
  - paraphrased bits and pieces; and
  - added some extra vertical whitespace to make the headings stand
    out more.

Apologies for not using --in-reply-to; I'm lazy.
