Thanks! Now we've heard from quite a few folks, including some long-time
darcs hackers (and indirectly David). I declare that darcs 2.3 (to be
released 2009-07) shall have --no-set-default by default. Any opposed?
Hopefully later we can barrel through the list of defaults in contention
later.
If we could fix the gzip stuff, implement darcs transplant, have some
more optimisations (e.g. filecache), get the defaults sorted, I would be
very pleased with our 2.3 release.
