[darcs-users] can we remove --no-pristine-tree?

I think --no-pristine-tree and --no-working-tree are orthogonal, but
have some overlap -- i.e. while --no-working-tree works with
--disable, it can also be used to save space.

Remember that this discussion came up because the current
implementation of --no-pristine-tree is only compatible with the
legacy repo formats, so people using darcs-2 format *think* they're
saving space but actually aren't (because --no-pristine-tree is
silently ignored for darcs-2 repos).
