[darcs-users] can we remove --no-pristine-tree?

Right; I was misusing --no-pristine-tree when the use case really
matched that of --no-working-tree. I *wanted* to cripple that
repository, and it looked like --no-pristine-tree did that (but now I
understand that it doesn't).
