[darcs-users] darcs patch: Make a proper type for hashes

  * Make a proper type for hashes
  This type is not being used everywhere (hence the unsafeAsHash function
  in Darcs.Hash), but it should be soon.
The idea is to have a type that is distinct from String, so that hash validation
is forced.
