So, maybe it is the time to switch our testing and buildbot infrastructure over
to cabal? What needs to be done:

1) Fix up hspwd.

And I believe that's it. Other fixes to the cabal buildsystem are fairly
optional. I have of course failed to send in the patches I promised, but will
keep trying.
