[darcs-users] buildbots are now using Cabal (but action needed)

Hi, a quick status update on buildbot.

Ouch. Looks like either GHC RTS or glibc bug? Icky. Let's try restarting tho...

With --user, it just complains about parsec, so this is waiting for the
dependency relaxation patch that's on the queue.
