Hi,

you probably don't want to apply this bundle. However, for people that have
Cabal HEAD installed, this should improve darcs compile time considerably, by
avoiding multiple compilation of darcslib. It also comes with the benefit of
enormously simplifying the cabal file and removing most of the redundancy.
