[darcs-users] dropping GHC 6.6 support

basically this means I'm not pushed anymore to get OpenBSD buildbot
working again. Kind of pity, but such is a life...

PS: if we get newer GHC working on OpenBSD, I'm ready to get buildbot
working again of course...
