[darcs-users] How to pass additional parameters on buildbot to cabal configuring darcs?

I'm afraid I'm not able to test it, except that after my change buildbot
master starts well, which probably means I've not screwed things badly.

Anyway, here is proposed patch which I hope will do the job.
