That's fine.
As Petr points out, hashed and darcs-2 repos should not differ from each
other performance-wise (as far as these 'interact with the real world',
e.g. reading from and writing to disk, are concerned).
Maybe --debug --timings output can help?
Also, the global cache lives in %UserProfile%\Application Data\darcs\cache
Is it getting populated?
PS. we're quite interested in getting darcs benchmarked properly
