Here's a small feedback point:

I just registered for an account, after I did so, was returned to the login page,
with no message at all:

http://test.darcs.net/_login

Was my registration success? Did I need to login again?  Later I noticed
that it said "logged in as markstos" in the upper right on this page.

My recommendation is to redirect to some place more useful after registration,
or at least include some kind of helpful note at the top of the page, explaining that 
registration was successful.
