I imagine that Petr's blog software won't take reST, only markdown.  It
shouldn't be hard to translate from markdown[0], since there are only a
handful of rules, and a blog-type post will be predominantly <para>s.

Worst case, you can use pandoc's draft reST writer :-)

[0] at least, vanilla markdown.  Each dialect seems to have its own
    nonstandard extensions, and I make no comment about that.
