Yeah, these are being special circumstances, we're going to bend more
rules. You may have to remind me from time to time if I forget that
we're in bend-rules-mode.

What you could probably do in your patch bundles point out when some of
your patches have bugs that you later recognised. Basically, make the
reviewing as easy as possible.

OK, let's call this plan A and try it for now.

... and that. I won't assign reviewers for hashed-storage yet, at least
not until we figure out a solution to making sure that somebody else
looks at the code.

I suggest we stick with plan A above until we decide it has problems.
