[darcs-users] darcs patch: add "parallel pairs" (and 6 more)

This is an initial attempt at adding interactive editing of hunk
patches. I don't necessarily expect this sequence to be applied
as-is, though it could be.

The things that aren't done here are
(a) write some tests
(b) review the UI it presents, which is rather basic

To try out the feature, just press 'e' when recording a hunk
patch. You should notice the option is present in the prompt.
