[aarch64-announce] Unplanned: Hypervisor reboot (arm3)

All,

We had one of the hypervisor nodes (arm3) get into a stuck cpu state and
needed to be rebooted. This affected around 10 instances which all should
be back online now.

If you still have any issues with those instances, please let me know.
