[aarch64-announce] Compute nodes move next week

All,

We need to move the compute nodes to a different rack. Unfortunately, since
we do not have live migration working (yet), we will need to "failover" the
VMs to hypervisors in the new rack. This will mean we will gracefully
shutdown your VM and start it up on a new compute node. I'm hoping we only
need to failover your VM once but it might need to be failed over twice.
This should be a short downtime for all of your.

I am planning on doing these migrations next week starting on Monday and
continue through at least Wednesday.
