Subject: [aarch64-announce] OpenStack Yoga Upgrade - TODAY

Attention OpenStack Users,

We will be performing an upgrade of our cluster from the Xena to the
Yoga release
of OpenStack today, starting at 12:30 PM PST. During this upgrade, all
running virtual machines (VMs) should remain online, and we do not
anticipate any major outages for these VMs.

Please note:

   - The API interface will be intermittently unavailable during the
   upgrade.
   - Operations such as creating, deleting, or modifying VMs will not be
   possible during this time.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.

I've encountered an issue which caused network connectivity to be lost on
the VMs. I'm working on resolve it right now.
