Here's the bug:

# in a darcs repo...

$ touch move.t
$ darcs add move.t
$ darcs mv move.t new_loc.t
$ darcs record new_loc.t

Recording changes in "new_loc.t":

Ok, if you don't want to record anything, that's fine!

There are changes in new_loc.t, but darcs does not detect them. If I
just do a 'darcs record', they are found.
