It's not always clear what a 'darcs add -r' is going to do, because
of the interaction with the 'boring' file regular expressions.

It would be nice t have a preview of what would happen before it
actually does.

Thus: darcs add --dry-run

I suppose there is a decent workaround now:

- add the files anyway
- use 'whatsnew' to confirm the adds
- remove any unwanted adds
- record
