[darcs-devel] bug in get_extra

Hi David,

What I did to create this situation.  I have two otherwise equal
respositories

  /current
  /repository

that differ *only* in the attribution of one patch somewhere in the
past. Next, patches were then added to /repository.  Then, I tried to
push the attribution change from /current to /repository.

  $ cd /current
  $ darcs push /repository
  Pushing to /repository...

  bug in get_extra - please report this!

I didn't really expect this to work.

What I'd like to be able to do is to correct an old attribution, log
entry or name and then be able to push that change out.  Is there a
way to do this?
