No, that's not expected.  It could be a perl issue, as I've never tried the
tests on woody.  In fact, it's been a while since I've even compiled on
woody.

It would be great if you could track this down, especially if it's a darcs
bug (rather than a perl issue).  Even if you happen to be a non-perl
person, it should be easy enough to read tests/add.pl and run manually the
sequence of darcs commands.  Your test is claiming that when you try to add
two files that are already in the repo, you don't get an error message
saying that the "following files are already in the repo".
