[darcs-devel] Some updates on the put command

About a month ago I promised to fix a number of things regarding the
put command. It seems I have had a lot less time to do darcs hacking
than I anticipated. But even though I haven't fix the whole list of
things there are some useful fixes that I thought I'd share.

Things I've fixed:
* put doesn't have the interactive interface for selecting patches.
Use --match and c:o instead
* put understands --repodir flag.
* pristineness of the new repository is determined by a flag.
* Default repo of the source repo is set to the target repo.
* Codefix: uses PatchBundle.make_bundle

Things that should be done:
* put should always create a repository just as get.
* put should allow creating partial repositories.

I can't promise I'll have time to fix these two points anytime soon,
unfortunately.
