[darcs-devel] darcs patch: add hashPS to FastPackedString (and 3 more)

Fix for ghc-6.2.2, there was an error in the insertWith function in Map.hs:
addToFM_C expects a combination function that takes the old value as first
argument and insertWith in Data.Map expects the new value as first argument.
