At present it's not possible to run whatsnew with --look-for-adds and
also see the detailed hunk-level potential changes normally provided by
a non-summary view. The --look-for-adds option not only activates
--summary, but ignores a supplied --no-summary argument and refuses to
produce anything but summary-level output. Instead, the --no-summary
argument used in concert with --look-for-adds should produce detailed
output and report on any potential additions to the repository.
