[darcs-devel] revcontrolled darcs.css modified by build

Hello

darcs.css is regenerated during build but it is also under darcs' control so this results 
in me having diffs in my darcs copy
It might be caused by the specific versions of latex2html and other tools involved in the 
build in which case I'll investigate and give further info. Do others notice this?
It only happens if you build the docs too, so it is only part of the build process if 
configure detects that you have latex2html installed.
