The problematic part is that ./debian/changelog is currently also under
revision control. I'm personally interested in cleaning this up, so my
approach would be:

	- delete ./debian/changelog .  I don't see much sense in
	  checking in *two* changelogs on a regular basis.
	- Add a script to the ./debian/ directory that tries to get
	  something useful out of ./ChangeLog
	- You've already got a small fix to allow both libcurl2 and
	  libcurl3 for building (though, it didn't show up on the
	  darcs-devel mailing list...)

Comments? I'll prepare a patch for that...
