[darcs-devel] darcs patch: make --ask-deps a multiple-choice option

I have --ask-deps in my .darcs/defaults file, and that
triggered a bug when I tried to record in a partial repo.
It seems the bug is really to do with something else, because
the repo is missing some old changes although I did get the
"whole" repo.  This is just a quick workaround so I can keep
going.  I'll investigate the bug and file a bug report later.
Anyway, it's a good change since the --ask-deps option does
well in the default file and should be possible to override.
