When running "darcs record" in a repository on a network drive under
Windows, the command fails with the error message:

darcs: /tmp//testing: createDirectory: permission denied (Permission denied)

If darcs is really trying to create that folder, the failure is
explained - my user account doesn't have write permissions in the root
folder of the drive in question.

I'm using darcs 1.0.3, downloaded from http://glozer.net/darcs/ and
running it from the Win2K command prompt.
