[darcs-devel] Patch to change end of long description marker

Here is a patch to change end of long description marker.  Currently
it is ***DARCS***, this changes it to ***END OF DESCRIPTION***, also
the way the marker is discovered has been changed, see patch
description for more details.

I tried send this patch with just 'darcs send' but I don't think my
mail delivery software was configure correctly to do that.

Let me know if you have any questions about what this patch does.  I
think it will make long descriptions easier for people new to darcs
and I'm open to suggestions.
