The whatsnew command misses changes in the local working copy in version
1.0.2.  Testing with version 1.0.1 shows that it worked correctly in
that version.  I've confirmed this behaviour on Gentoo Linux and on
Windows XP with the prebuilt Windows binaries.

The steps to reproduce use the cvsync repository (but not cvsync itself):

1) Get the cvsync repository with:

darcs get http://nautilus.homeip.net/~lele/projects/cvsync

2) cd into the cvsync folder and edit the first line of tailor.py like so:

#!/usr/bin/python

3) now run "darcs whatsnew -sl".  With 1.0.2 it says "No changes!", with
1.0.1 it says "M ./tailor.py -1 +1"
