When darcs prints to a (color) terminal it makes keywords such as "hunk"
bold blue, but when it writes to a non terminal (e.g., a pipe) it does
turn this feature off, which is good.

Darcs also writes escaped bytes in bold blue, but this bold blue is
*not* turned off when darcs writes to a non terminal, which is wrong and
should be fixed.
