[darcs-devel] roundup issue tracker

Hi all,

I've done a bit more configuration on the roundup issue tracker.  It's now
visible at:

http://otherbugs.darcs.net

You can now ask to automatically be CCed on issues regarding a particular
topic/keyword (or on "All" topics), and darcs-devel gets a message on new
issues.  I'm still hoping for some more comments before switching roundup
to be the default bug system.  Juliusz and Tommy have voted yes on it, but
I'd like to hear from more people.

My plan when I do the switch is to make bugs.darcs.net point to roundup
and otherbugs.darcs.net point to RT, and to make bugs at darcs.net go to
roundup.  For now, I'm leaving some test bugs on the tracker.
