[darcs-devel] darcs tag with a long comment?

By judicious cutting and pasting I have added the ability for the tag  
command to take a long comment, and made this default to being off,  
with the need to use the -edit-long-comment  or  --prompt-long- 
comment to enable it.

I have used darcs send to send it, and have seen it copied to me, but  
I have not seen it arrive on the darcs-devel list so I don't know  
whether I messed something up?

It is my first hack at Darcs, and my first in Haskell, so I would  
appreciate any and all feedback.
