I have tailorized a quite large repository. http://ewi546.ewi.utwente.nl/OE/
other_scms/darcs/org.openembedded.dev. After 6 hours of tailoring I tried to
darcs pull the patches.

darcs fails with the above note when trying to apply 608 patches. We are 
currently exploring possibilities switching away from monotone and 608 patches 
is not even a week of commits. This bug is a killer argument against using darcs 
for OpenEmbedded.

Anyway I just wanted to let you know about this bug.

  g4, 1gb ram, fink
