Hmm, the patch "carry RepoFormat around a bit more" conflicted
quite a lot with the previous refactoring patches. Perhaps I've
been doing duplicate work now, but it's a problem-solving-driven
way of getting to know the code, that suites me. Anyway, the
extra patches applied cleanly to devel (with my previously
resolvings), and after I resolved the carry RepoFormat patch,
slowtest runs without errors in devel too. :-) Tomorrow I'll
take a closer look at the code.
