[darcs-devel] darcs patch: Fix crash when using changes --interacti... (and 1 more)

Here are a couple of modifications to the changes --interactive code.
The first one fixes a 'darcs bug' situation so, pending any problems, I
think it should find its way into the stable branch sooner rather than
later.

  * Fix crash when using changes --interactive with --patch or --match

  * Make darcs exit after last patch in changes --interactive.
  Currently, hitting 'j' on the last patch in changes --interactive has
  no effect.  This patch will cause darcs to exit, making the command
  more consistent with an interactive pull.
