[darcs-devel] darcs patch: make darcs.cgi look for both pristine and current

It looks about right to me (and adds a refactor) and will likely go in
next week.

I guess there isn't any reasonable way for a _darcs directory to contain
both pristine and current, is there?  Also, it might be worth making
sure there actually is a pristine (directory could have been created
with --no-pristine)
