[darcs-devel] darcs patch: mark dangerous code with a fixme.

Hi all,

Here's a patch to add a FIXME comment to a bit of code
that should never be invoked, and if it is invoked could
be dangerous.  I don't see that we need to remove it just
now, and think we should think before doing something, but
some sort of a note is in order.
